The photographer who has taken the image, video or other media is the copyright holder of said media. The copyright of the media is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Licensing may be obtained for various applications of images, please contact us for more details.

Photo Rights and Usage for Real Estate Photography:

The original agent who paid for this service has permission to use these images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of the property listing only. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration the home/property is listed for sale by the original agent and cannot be reused for any reason without specific written permission. Images cannot be sold to another agent or person. Failure to pay for the images will result in a copyright infringement/violation. You will be asked to remove the image from any electronic or printed form of advertisement. Failure to stop using them will result in legal action.

Photo Rights and Usage for Builders, Stagers, Designers, Developers, Home Owners, and others:

Builders, stagers, developers, designers and others who wish to use images taken by Eloquent Homes Photography should contact us for specific licensing information. In addition to fees paid to Eloquent Homes Photography a commercial use contract will need to be obtained and signed.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY
If you reschedule within 24 hours of the shoot a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost (excluding any discounts or travel fees) will be applied. Cancellations and reschedules outside the 24 hours window will not result in a fee.

If these photos will be used for commercial purposes such as a builder, interior designer, stager, etc., please let us know so we can accommodate that. Additional fees for commercial use will be added.
